zindagi me chndd lamhy koi mere pas na baitha,
aur aaj sab mere paas baithte ja rahe the….

koi tohfa na mila aj tak mujhe,
aur aaj phool hi phool diye ja rahe the….

taras gaye the hum kisi k haath se diye to ek kapde ko,
aur aaj naye naye kapde pahnaaye ja rahe the…..

2 kadam saath na chalne ko tayar tha koi,
aur aaj kafila banakar le ja rahe the…..

aaj pata chala k "Maut" itni hasin hoti hai,
kambhakt "HUM" to yuhi jiye ja rahe the…
