There is no email contact above the registrar of VU.  I suggest you to first email registrar, course selection, admission, your relevant department i.e. Masters etc. and at the same time you please fax your request to rector by writing at the to "Atten: Rector, VU" on the VU fax number. These mail contact and fax number are avail on the VU official web site. Please do all these together and then keep intouch with me I will feel pleasure to guide you.
