Just sharing my experience again bit more, I had gone through tremendous problem during mid-term exams because of exam software webcam issue, even one of my paper had to be cancelled - it was rescheduled later. I involved even VU_IT manager, who himself and his team tried for two days via teamviewer to fix the issue on my computer but they couldn't. Actually they don't know the bug (or they don't want to know). They kept "hit & try" approach, for example first they asked me to buy a new webcam, then they said the problem is in internet, so I bought mobily connection, and also I tried my office internet (where they have high bandwitch dedicated line) nothing worked...... and then after wasting two complete days during exam period, practically VU_IT gave-up with a statement that other students in Saudi don't have this problem therefore it is not with the exam software etc but in your computer or interent...go and fix it yourself.
Then having not way out, I consulted two IT consultants, both are IT managers in an multinational company, they spent about four continuously hours to find and fix the issue on my computer.
Bytheway..... I had my 3rd paper today morning (MGT602) Alhamdullillah no issues at all....
Again, just sharing the experience.......there might be another or different issue now....

Thanks this solution i think works more i m using mobily wireless still it is working fine 3 papers i have done but there was contineously problem with the web cam which was appearing slower and also the graphics quality is also much poor than any other software like skype and yahoo may be we can remove flash player and install as suggested below
