Lahu ki dhoop main chup chaap jalti hai,
Hina ki khusbuon main jab utari hai hamari jaan leti hai,
Yeh hum main bandh deti hai naye mosam,
Naye soraj, naye tare or khusbo,
Yeh hum ko sonp deti hai koi aizaaz jiska maan rakhna farz hota hai,
Yeh hum par bojh banti hai,
Yeh hum par qarz hota hai,
Kahan, kis par nichawar jaan krni hai,
Yeh chahat hum nahi kartay,
