After identifying the Strengths , Weaknesses , Opportunities & Threats to the organization , U have to devise and suggest strategies to the firm........ Matching its Strengths with the Opportunities and Weaknesses with Threats.......The strategies must be such that the firm must take the benefit of opportunities by using its strengths. And devise the strategies while keeping in view its weaknesses and avoiding threats to the organization.......Now if U have done Internship on the basis of HR Specialization , then U have to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats related to HR to that organization .
