The issue of the academic calendar is discussed every year and

although the initial plans were to start the semester a little early,

the timing of the holy month of Ramzan made it impossible to complete

the process of admissions during August. As a result , the VU academic

calendar remains nearly the same as last year.

 

I am sure you will understand that the University cannot adjust the

calendar on the request or circumstances of just one student!

Sir thanks a lot for kind reply. I understand the position of university. But I think you are in a position to make one favor for me that will save my one academic year.

Sir you know that the final exam of this semester will end up on February, 18 2012. After that presentation for project/internship will be started. It takes enough time to complete the presentation of whole students. After completion the presentation of whole the student's result of presentation will be announced. (Means the result of the final semester is delay to the normal semester up to one or one and half month) After presentation result announcement  it also take 10 days to supply the transcript the final marks sheet to the students. I have a request from you that my presentation will take place immediately after the final exam. With in one week after the final exam and my result of the presentation will be announced up to the 1st week of March. My transcript of detail marks sheet is provided to me in the head office by hand.

Sir you have the authority to take these steps to save one academic year for me. These steps can be taken for one student.
