Below is some information that may be helpful to you.

Since I am an overseas student, my presentation and viva was conducted
through skype. The title of my project was "profitability ratio
analysis".

Following questions & sequence of event for presentation:

- I logged about 15 minutes before the presentation and sent them a
message of my availability

- After they came-on skype, they asked me to share my presentation via skype

- Then they invited me to start presentation with my introduction

- I introduced myself and my project, they the instructor stopped and
said introduction part is enough just go to profitability ratio
analysis directly

- I presented two slides and then they asked me to jumpt to the 2nd last slide

- Out of total 22 slides they let me present only five slides, two of
introduction and three from profitability ratio analysis

following questions were asked:
1) What is reason that gross profit is deteriorated in 2010
2) What are the expenses which contributed to loss of net profit ratio
analysis despite of making gross profit positive
3) What would me my recommendation to Kohat Cement
4) Which company I would recommend to investors
5) What was the method of inventory adopted by Kohat Cement

Then they said, your presentation is over.
