(Attock VU Group) "Railway ki tabahi,Road transporters ki khoshahli" (is it corruption or avoidence of Law???)

Dear All

Please read the attached file, Salim Safi's Article has opened the in-house activities of our railway minister and other Pakistani ministers, how they want to close our railway system and they want to get back this cheap traveling facility from middle class of Pakistan.
Please read it and realized how other minister cover other minister's fraud, if some one want to stop this fraud how they behave with that minister.
