(Attock VU Group) Overseas students especially in riyadh, I need urgent help

Assalamu alaikum,

i have a question that need answer as soon as possible,

i am in riyadh and my brother wants to get admission in vu.

is it important that the documents (mark sheets) should be attested by the Pakistani embassy or just attestation by a school principal is enough?

My brother is having a BDS degree and here in Pakistani embassy they are asking for foreign affair.

what shall i do?
