Re: (Attock VU Group) study is kind of janoon

i have searched from the internet.
outstanding shares are held by the insiders as well as by the public.so second option is absolutely wrong.
secondly, IPO;s are also for the outstanding shares.
therefore it is obvious that third option is the right answer.
