1).        SPI (Schedule performance index)

 

SPI = BCWP/BCWS = 41/106 = 0.38

 

2).        Schedule variance (SV)

 

            SV = BCWP – BCWS = 41-106 = -65

 

3).        Percent scheduled for completion

 

            PSC = BCWS/BAC = 106/415 = 0.25

 

4).        Percent complete

 

            P C= BCWP/BAC = 41/415 = 0.098

 

5).        CPI

           

      Cost performance index CPI = BCWP/ACWP = 41/43 = 0.95

 

6).        Cost variance for the project.

      Cost variance CV = BCWP – ACWP = 41-43 = -2
