Jo sar par ho agar baqi
to rastey sab gulabo'n se
bharey rehtey hain jeewan bhar
phir ankhai'n muskurati hain

ye Saya jo rehey baqi
to Duniya Soorat-e-Firdous hoti he
Magar ye kesa Saya he
Saro'n se jab ye uth jai
to Baqi kuch nahi rehta

Sada murjhai rehtey hain
