Follow the instructions:

First creat a system restore point.

Disable or turn off windows updates

Temporary disable antivirus if any you have installed. (real time protection disable)

install winrar on your system.

after downlaod extract it using winrar

after extracting just run the activator and patch it

if not sucessfully activated follow the methode 2
