Check my computer properties in control panel or right click on your desktop my computer icon and select properties.
I think aap ke pass windows XP hai but I'm not confirmed ke XP ka Service Pack konsa hai SP2 hai yea SP3.
Pehle aap confirm karo then main aap ko solution send karon ga OS ko genuine karne ka.
