There are two things to kept in mind.
Already doing Job
Not doing any job
The person already doing job will select final project.
The non jobian will select internship report.
Most of the students consider internship bit easier because you can do internship for 6 to 8 weeks in any of the company or bank as per the specialization.
But in project the main theme i think is given by vu.
Second thing jobian can also do internship but they have to take 6 weeks vacations from present company, and then send leave certificate to vu and then do internship.
Another thing in internship you can get a lot of data.
