yahan se ab kaheen le chal Khayal-e-yaar mujhe
chaman men raas na aayegi ye bahaar mujhe
teri lateef nigahon ki Khaas jumbish ne
banaa diya teri fitrat ka raazdaar mujhe
meri hayat ka anjaam aur kuchh hota
jo aap kehte kabhi apna jaan-nisaar mujhe
badal diya he nigahon ne rukh zamaane ka
kabhi raha he zamaane pe ikhtiyaar mujhe
ye haadsaat to hen iztraab ka paighaam
ye haadsaat hi aayenge saazgaar mujhe
'Aziz' ahal-e-chaman ki shikayat besood
fareb de gaei rangeeni-e-bahaar mujhe
